Okay so, I know I already reblogged this today, but I have a very important story to tell you about this lovely piece of fan art.

It currently happens to be the background on my phone, and at work, I leave it on the counter since I’m popular and get messages all the time :D

Well, we hired a new woman who is significantly older than the rest of our crew and, unlike the rest, hasnt been forced to watch supernatural via peer pressure from me and my manager.

Anyway, she glances at my phone as I’m ringing up a customer and, once I’m done, looks at me and says “I didn’t know you were so religious.” I give her a confused look and she kinda nods at my phone. I realized what she meant and replied:

“Yeah. I’m super-religious.”

That is beautiful. BEAUTIFUL.

My addition to the storytime,

My mom wants me to share my art with them, since i have very little sfw pieces, only few i share on my facebook. This happens to be one of them, along with the cas and gaddy versions of it. My parents are atheists, and i myself had never shown any interest towards religion(but always found gothic art alluring).

After her various comments on my arts inability to breaking free from religious influence, one day she finally snapped and lectured me on the subject and i quote ‘That is how religion spreads, this is all adverisement and you are encouraging it!’

So, yeah. sorry if you became christian through my art.
